No. Mastendi is software only: a subscription, no commission, no transaction fee. It never holds, processes or pays out rent or deposits.
How quickly can I get set up?
Most landlords are running within 30 minutes: sign up, add the property and its units, add or import the tenants, and the rent schedule is generated.
Can I import what I already have?
Yes. Properties and tenants import from a spreadsheet, with a preview and a check of every row before anything is written.
Is my tenants' information safe?
Yes. Each account's data is kept separately, encrypted and backed up, with POPIA tooling for exports, anonymisation and consent.
